The IRON ARMADILLO® LVL 3+ is our latest ceramic ballistic plate, optimized to meet customer needs. It is compatible with mainstream 10"x12" and medium-sized SAPI plate carriers. Made from lightweight aluminum oxide ceramic and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, it weighs only 4.9 lbs while effectively resisting 5.56mm NATO M855 armor-piercing rounds, Soviet/Chinese steel-core AK rounds, and 7.62mm NATO full-power rifle rounds. This ballistic plate is the ultimate versatile choice for handling mainstream tactical demands!
